How can we improve WindowTabs?

I can't get the Tabs to adopt "Custom Colors" From settings

Question: I'm not successful in getting the TABS to use the colors I Choose in the Setting - Appearance.

What am I doing wrong.

Thanks

I have the same problem on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I can change the colours but to make them take effect I usually have open a new tab, click on it and/or make another colour change. Awkward, but once set it is okay... until I reboot. At that point MOST of the colours reset to their default values which, for me, makes them unreadable as my system is skinned. So pale grey text on a white background makes things awkward. I would suggest saving the custom colours to an .ini file or something and loading them back up when the PC is booted.
